Brief Description: Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code, Section 3709.07, City Council must approve the City Manager's appointment of a City of Hudson representative to serve on the Summit County Public Health (SCPH) Board of Health.

Purpose & Explanation
Pursuant to ORC, Section 3709.07, the City Manager would like to appoint Dr. Catherine Cook to serve as the City's representative on the SCPH Board of Health for a new four-year term, and City Council must formally approve this appointment.
