Purpose & Explanation
The scope of this work involves a storm sewer system through one (1) parcel along Ravenna Street and requires an easement to allow the City of Hudson to repair, maintain, inspect or replace the system when needed.
The stormwater concern of standing water and private property drainage concerns was brought to the attention of the Engineering Department during the design of the Ravenna Street Sidewalk Project.
The storm sewer system is the responsibility of the City of Hudson. An Easement for this storm sewer system has been prepared for the following property:
