Purpose & Explanation

This project will include the repainting of the bridge on Veterans Way.  The existing paint has faded and is beginning to deteriorate. 

 

The estimated budget for this project is $75,000.  The City staff will return to City Council if the bids are more than 10% above this amount, including contingency.

 

The work will begin in Fall 2019.

Suggested Action

Staff recommends that City Council approve this authorization for the City Manager to advertise, receive bids, and enter into a contract for the repainting of the bridge on Veterans Way.
