Purpose & Explanation

Passage of this Ordinance would authorize the Clerk of Council to advertise Council’s public hearings required by City Charter, City codes and ordinances, and state law, in compliance with any legal requirements for such public hearings.  City Council would be able to change a scheduled public hearing by a motion, passed by at least 4 members.
