Purpose & Explanation
The purpose of this agreement is to memorialize the cost sharing and to cooperate with respect to the following items: construction, construction administration & inspection, engineering, surveying, right-of-way acquisition (if needed), geotechnical testing and geotechnical inspection and payment for the project. All costs not covered by federal or state funding associated with the Norton Road & Darrow Road (SR 91) Intersection Improvement Project, PID No. 82956 shall be split (50%/50%) between the municipalities. The City staffs will cooperate and share information and review of project related materials as necessary. All costs will be paid by the City of Stow, and the City of Hudson will reimburse for our portion of the cost sharing. Note: Each City will be providing one inspector to the project.
Timing Considerations
Once this resolution is approved, City staff will have the Cooperation and Cost Sharing Agreement executed by the appropriate parties.
