Purpose & Explanation
The City Administration is requesting City Council approval to advertise for the four annual capital maintenance road programs which include the Line Striping, Crack Sealing, Concrete Replacement and Asphalt Resurfacing/Reconstruction Programs. Each of these will be bid out separately.
 
2013 Budgeted Amounts:
Annual Reconstruction/Resurfacing Program      $1,000,000.00
(including State Highway and Permissive Auto Tax)
Annual Concrete Replacement Program      $400,000.00
Annual Line Striping and Painting Program      $135,000.00
Annual Crack Sealing Program      $65,000.00
Timing Considerations
Upon authorization to proceed by the City Council, the administration intends to advertise these four Programs during the fiscal year of 2013.
