Executive Summary: The Clean Ohio Conservation Fund, through the Ohio Public Works Commission, provides funding for projects that protect and enhance streams, rivers and lakes.

Purpose & Explanation
Staff seeks authorization to apply for a Clean Ohio Conservation Fund grant for enhancement of the portion of the Brandywine Creek tributary between Owen Brown Street and S.R. 303. The program provides up to 75% of the estimated costs of the proposed project.
Timing Considerations
The grant application is due January 29, 2016.
