A criminal history search of our records was performed using information provided in separate correspondence to the Hudson Police Department, which included the name and Social Security number of the company's chief executive officer. No records were found.
Timing Considerations
The Clerk of Council must respond to the Ohio Division of Liquor Control no later than March 31, 2014, concerning City Council's request for a hearing.
