The City previously applied to the Summit County Land Bank regarding numerous parcels which are located within the Boston Park Subdivision south of Barlow Road. This subdivision abuts the County Hike and Bike to the west and the Towbridge neighborhood to the east. The subdivision was platted in the 1920s; however, was never fully developed.
