Brief Description: City staff will present an update on the status of the City's Pavement Condition Ratings (PCI) and recently created, on-line, Annual Road Program and Capital Improvement "Story Maps".

Purpose & Explanation
Since 2016, the City has continually increased its road maintenance budget, focusing on the Asphalt Resurfacing Program. City staff will present an update on the results of the increased road maintenance efforts and the forecasted Pavement Condition Ratings (PCI) after the 2019 - 2022 Annual Road Programs.
City staff will also present new, on-line, Capital Improvement Project "Story Maps" designed to inform the public about the City's upcoming Annual Road Programs and major Capital Improvement projects.
The "2019-2021 Annual Road Program Map" can be found here. This map includes information on the 2019 - 2021 asphalt and concrete road programs.
The "2019-2024 Capital Improvements Map" can found here. This map provides information on upcoming major capital improvement projects including roadway, storm water, connectivity, water distribution and traffic improvement projects.
