Purpose & Explanation
The City of Stow will be installing a traffic signal at the intersection of Seasons Road and Allen Road. The total estimated project cost is $300,000. The total estimated cost that the City of Hudson would be responsible for is a total cost not to exceed $150,000.00. This intersection is located on the City of Hudson and City of Stow Corporation Line and the major project costs including design, construction and inspection are shared 50/50 between the two communities.
The City of Stow will manage this project, and Hudson will reimburse the City of Stow for 50% of the project costs, up to a maximum of $150,000.
