Purpose & Explanation
To provide real property tax abatement to support the expansion of their facility at 5640 Hudson Industrial Park through the construction of a 49,000 square-foot addition to their facility to accommodate their growth. The entity will transfer 17 employees from a previous location in Hudson. The entity will maintain their staff of 177 full-time and 13 part-time employees at this current location. The entity will hire 75 new full-time employees over the next 5 years to occupy the additional space they construct. The company would like to begin construction in September 2020, which would allow for completion by December 2020. The Board of Education through the Superintendent has been notified.
