Brief Description: Staff is seeking permission to purchase a prefabricated concrete public restroom structure from CXT Concrete Buildings as part of the Barlow Farm Park Tennis and Pickleball Courts Improvement Project. Staff is able to purchase the unit utilizing the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program at a lessor cost than having the contractor provide it.

Purpose & Explanation
The Barlow Farm Park Tennis and Pickleball Courts Improvement Project includes a prefabricated concrete public restroom structure as part of the base construction plans. Staff is able to purchase the precast restroom unit in-house at a lessor cost than the project contractor. Purchase will be made utilizing the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program contract # 081721-CXT,. Sourcewell is a Government cooperative purchasing program and CXT is registered as a participating vendor https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/cooperative-purchasing/081721-cxt
