Purpose & Explanation
The Barlow Farm Park Tennis and Pickleball Courts Improvement Project includes a prefabricated concrete public restroom structure as part of the base construction plans. Staff is able to purchase the precast restroom unit in-house at a lessor cost than the project contractor. Purchase will be made utilizing the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program contract # 081721-CXT,. Sourcewell is a Government cooperative purchasing program and CXT is registered as a participating vendor https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/cooperative-purchasing/081721-cxt
