Purpose & Explanation

The purpose of this Resolution is to authorize the City Manager to approve the software support agreement with SSI.  The support agreement is for the general ledger, payroll, utility billing, analytics and purchase order requisition programs.

The added modules caused the cost of the support agreement to exceed $25,000 and now requires Council approval.
