Brief Description:  The Hudson Rotary Foundation, Inc. has requested a housekeeping amendment to the current Boy Scout cabin ground lease agreement.

Resolution No. 98-2, A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a scout cabin ground lease with the Great Trails Council Boy Scout Troop No. 321, passed 1/7/1998.

Purpose & Explanation

The current Boy Scout Cabin Ground Lease Agreement is between the City of Hudson and the Rotary Club of Hudson as the sponsor of the Great Trail Council Boy Scout Troop #321. The Rotary Club has asked that the lease be amended to change “The Rotary Club of Hudson” to “The Hudson Rotary Foundation, Inc.” the amendments have been identified on the attached Resolution and lease document.
