Purpose & Explanation
As part of the Ohio Department of Transportation I480 highway maintenance the State requires City of Hudson consent legislation to allow grass mowing in the ROW   of I480 that is within the City of Hudson corporate limits.  The state shall assume and bear 100% of the costs for such maintenance activities.  Attached is a map indicating the extent of the proposed maintenance activities within the City of Hudson's corporate limits.

Suggested Action
Staff recommends City Council grant formal approval to the Ohio Department of Transportation for the ROW maintenance and grass cutting along the portions of I480 within the City's corporate limits.
