Purpose & Explanation
It is customary to publicly recognize and formally thank citizens who have volunteered their time and talents as a member of a Council-appointed meeting body. Mr. Madison was appointed to the Personnel Advisory and Appeals Board on July 21, 1999, to serve an unexpired term ending March 20, 2002; and he was re-appointed in 2002 and 2008.
Timing Considerations
Mr. Madison's term expired March 20, 2014, and he has completed the maximum limit of two consecutive full terms on the Personnel Advisory and Appeals Board.
