Request for Council to review and update Chapter 1446 - Street Banners of the Codified Ordinances. The current regulations are outdated and do not reflect existing practices, design standards, or administrative procedures. Proposed revisions will clarify permitting requirements, update design and placement standards, and ensure the chapter aligns with current community branding and operational needs.
