Purpose & Explanation
Ohio Revised Code, Section 3709.03(A), provides that Hudson's City Manager shall serve on the General Health District Advisory Council (DAC), and it further provides that City Council may appoint an alternate. The DAC meets annually, and the Health Commissioner provides quarterly communications to the members.
