Purpose & Explanation
The Notice to Legislative Authority is attached. Viva Bene currently holds a Liquor Permit for Classes C2 and D8 for retail store carryout. The business has applied for a Class D2 Permit for restaurant/night club, which would replace the current classes permitted.

Timing Considerations
The Clerk of Council must respond to the Ohio Division of Liquor Control no later than February 25, 2019, concerning the City’s request for a hearing.
