The Ohio Department of Transportation requires local consent legislation allowing them to perform work within City corporation limits. The work will include replacement of signs along SR 303 within City limits. The State will be responsible for 100% of all the costs of the improvements.

Suggested Action
Staff recommends that City Council approve the recommended Resolution to give consent to the Ohio Department of Transportation to replace the signs along SR 303 within Hudson limits. City staff is also requesting that an emergency clause be added to the legislation in order to protect the welfare and safety of the public.
