Ordinance 11-139 established the 2012 appropriations.
Purpose & Explanation
The additional appropriations are needed for expenses that were not anticipated when the original budget was prepared or are due to the cost of an item or project exceeding the original estimate.
 
Note - we amended the original appropriations request to include the $47,000 Human Resources software purchase that was discussed at the workshop.  We reduced the personnel budget to cover the cost so the net impact is $0.00 on total appropriations.
