Purpose & Explanation

Ordinance 23-138 included standard language to comply with Ohio House Bill 33.  We referenced the standard language in our Ordinance however, there are two references within the standard language that need corrected.  Sections (G)(1)(C)(ii) and (G)(5) refer to “Section 4”.  They should have referred to “Section 891.04”. 

Section 891 is the City of Hudson’s Codified Ordinance section for income taxes.
