The tax rates are for tax year 2012 due in 2013. For collection year 2013, the .10 mills Fire & EMS Bond expired and the Library Construction Bond was increased by .05 mills resulting in a net decrease of .05 mills.

Purpose & Explanation
The City previously filed the Alternative Tax Budget Information form with the County of Summit Budget Commission for the next succeeding fiscal year commencing January 1, 2013.  The Budget Commission has determined the necessary tax levies and requires the City adopt a resolution accepting the amounts and rates.
Timing Considerations
The resolution must be passed by November 5, 2012.
