                     Attachment 5 - Training and Certifications; In-house EMT Classes

Comprehensive discussion on the following items:

                     Attachment 6 - ISO Explanation

                     Attachment 7 - Fire Department Comparison Chart

                     Attachment 8 - Pros & Cons Comparison

                     Attachment 9 - Fulltime Fire-EMS Calculations

                     Attachment 11 - Fire Inspector Discussion

Recommendation

Suggested Action

Chief Varnes recommends continuing with the current combination models of both Fire and EMS for the next 4-5 years. See attachment 10 for the detailed recommendation with his justification criteria as well as his plan for a future, reoccurring evaluation committee.
