Purpose & Explanation

The City installed an early warning signal at the Walters Road/Hines Hill Road intersection in 2019.  Council had discussed plans for installation of an additional signal at a later date (to be determined) at the Valley View Road/Hines Hill Road intersection.  Councilman Chris Foster has requested additional discussion regarding this matter.

See attached memo, which includes options for further implementation.
