Purpose & Explanation
The project design and specifications have been completed for this project. Staff seek to proceed with bidding and award a construction contract. The project consists of the construction of a proper roof venting system on the parapet walls of the City Hall building. This project was budgeted in the 2023 capital budget in the amount of $40,000.
Engineer’s Estimate: $30,000
City Staff is requesting a 10% contingency for any unforeseen issues that may arise during construction. The total amount would be $33,000.
