Purpose & Explanation
The current Veteran's Trail Phase 4 / Barlow Road sidewalk project layout includes the installation of an 8-foot-wide, asphalt trail along the north side of Barlow Road from Terex Road east to the Ellsworth Meadows Golf Course. The 8-foot asphalt trail is being partially funded by a $500,000 grant from ODNR.
