Purpose & Explanation
The City Administration is requesting City Council approval to authorize the City Manager to award and enter into a professional services contract with TRC Environmental for the demolition of 94 Owen Brown Street in the amount of $18,400. Staff is requesting a $1,600 contingency for any unforeseen issues that may arise during design. The total amount would be $20,000.00.
