Purpose & Explanation

The ordinance will accept the dedication of rights-of-way, easements, and public improvements for Seasons Greene Eco-Industrial Park.  The City Solicitor advises that acceptance of dedication of subdivisions should be approved by ordinances of City Council.

The City Engineer’s office has inspected the subdivision and has found that the improvements have been installed according to approved plans and City standards.  The only remaining item to be performed by the developer is the installation of the street trees, and the developer has deposited the necessary funds with the City to install the street trees.  Council acceptance will transfer the right-of-way to the City of Hudson and will return deposits to the developer.  A two-year maintenance bond has been received from the developer.
