Purpose & Explanation
The purpose of these agreements is to memorialize the sharing of the costs between the City of Hudson and NEORSD. This includes but is not limited to all project costs including design, permitting, construction, inspection and contingency costs. Furthermore, the City and NEORSD staffs will cooperate, share information and review the project related materials as necessary. The City of Hudson will enter into all contracts with consultants and contractors and be the lead agency for the projects. All costs will be paid by the City of Hudson with NEORSD reimbursing the City for 100% of the invoices up to the agreed to funding levels.
Timing Considerations
Once this resolution is approved, City staff will have the Cost Sharing Agreement executed by the appropriate parties.
