Ordinance 13-164 established appropriations (ie. budget) for 2014.  It was passed December 18, 2013.
Purpose & Explanation
This ordinance amends the budget for expenditures that were not originally included in the budget.  These items typically include new requests, increased or unexpected costs and/or budgeted expenditures that were carried over from the prior year.
Update for 12/17/14 meeting:  we added $21,420 out of our Fire Claim Fund to pay insurance proceeds held in escrow by the City for repairs to a 2012 fire on Division Street.  Upon approval of the Fire Department, funds will be released.
