Purpose & Explanation
The group meets every Saturday in the lower community rooms of City Hall and has regular attendance of approximately 50 men from approximately 8-10 churches in and around Hudson. The group will purchase the cabinet, and no maintenance is required.
Council previously approved a lease agreement with Christ Community Chapel for this purpose. It has since been revealed to the City that the group is no longer affiliated with Christ Community Chapel but is instead a part of THE NAVIGATORS, a national faith-based organization. The name of the local gathering is “Navigator Neighbors Men of the Word Bible Study.” The contract will be with the national organization.
