Executive Summary
Two residential subdivisions and two private projects that wish to dedicate existing right-of-way are ready for Council to accept these dedications.

Purpose & Explanation
Two ordinances will be drafted that will accept for public dedication rights-of-way, easements, and public improvements for two subdivisions, Fossalto Acres and Stone Creek Reserve. Further, two ordinances will be drafted that will accept for public dedication existing rights-of-way at the Gables of Hudson and the Trails of Hudson. The City Solicitor's Office advises that acceptance of dedication of subdivisions should be approved by ordinances of Council. The City Engineer's office has inspected the subdivisions and has found that the improvements have been installed according to approved plans and City standards. Staff has requested that the City Solicitor's Office draft these four ordinances.

There are no timing considerations for these acceptances.

It is recommended Council approve each ordinance accepting for dedication the right-of-way and public improvement named.
