City Staff have completed the attached draft plan for City Council discussion and consideration.

Suggested Action

Based on Council feedback at the 10/22/24 workshop, the top-ranking segments map has been updated, the proposed 5-year construction timeline has been inserted, and the education section has been tweaked to reflect use of QR codes and additional bike lane study.

 

The draft plan is ready for City Council’s consideration of adoption in concept.
