Purpose & Explanation
It is customary to publicly thank citizens who have volunteered their time and talents as a member of a Council-appointed meeting body. Mr. Lewis was appointed to the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals on February 1, 2006, and was subsequently re-appointed for an additional term. During his tenure, he was elected Vice Chairman.
Timing Considerations
Mr. Lewis' term expired on January 1, 2014, and he did not seek re-appointment to the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals.
