Purpose & Explanation

The Hudson Economic Development Incentive Committee met on October 26, 2020, and voted unanimously to recommend to Council approval of a 50% Job Creation Grant for a period of Ten (10) years which would cover income taxes paid by employees being transferred from Green (314 employees).

The company is moving into the old Windstream building located at 50 Executive Parkway, East.

Staff recommends that City Council follow the unanimous recommendation of the Economic Development Incentive Committee and approve this Job Creation Grant incentive.
