Brief Description:   This would authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Flock Group Inc. in the amount of $63,000.00 for an Automatic License Plate Reading (ALPR) System.

Resolution No. 21-124, City of Hudson Five-Year Plan 2022-2026, passed on November 16, 2021.

Purpose and Explanation

The Police Department would like to contract with Flock Safety to implement an automatic license plate reading (ALPR) system.  FLOCK offers a software and hardware solution for automatic license plate detection and notification through their platform.  The funds for this project were approved in the 5yr capital and we are now ready to implement this project upon Council’s approval of this resolution.  This is a two (2) year contract.
