Purpose & Explanation

Staff sought Assistance to Firefighters Covid-19 Supplemental Grant funding to assist with the purchase of personal protective equipment to create a stockpile to ensure the ability to safely respond to Covid-19 related calls beyond the estimated current inventory. The Hudson Fire Department received $12,034.60 in grant funding to assist with funding eligible Covid-related personal protective equipment and supplies for the Fire Department and Hudson Emergency Medical Services. A $1,203.46 match is required. The application was submitted on November 13, 2020.
