Brief Description: Subdivision improvements have been installed and public right-of-way and easements have been established at the Sapphire Drive Estates Subdivision. The applicant is requesting that City Council accept the dedication of these improvements, easements and right-of-way.

Purpose & Explanation
The ordinance will accept the dedication of rights-of-way, easements, and public improvements for Sapphire Estates Subdivision. The City Solicitor advises that acceptance of dedication of subdivisions should be approved by ordinance of City Council. The City Engineer’s office has inspected the subdivision and has found that the improvements have been installed according to approved plans and City standards. The City has a Maintenance Bond of the developer.
