The City seeks to purchase two Pierce pumper trucks for the Fire Department through the State of Ohio Cooperative Purchasing Program (STS Contract #800180).  Resolution No. 14-80 authorized a Purchase Agreement with Finley Fire Equipment, the broker/dealer; however, the Purchase Agreement is with Pierce Manufacturing, Inc.
Timing Considerations
This Resolution includes an emergency clause, and it will be effective immediately in order to secure lower pricing.
