Executive Summary
Subdivision improvements have been installed and public right-of-way has been dedicated at Stone Creek Reserve.  The applicant is requesting that City Council accept the dedication of these improvements and right-of-way.

Purpose & Explanation
An ordinance will be drafted that will accept for public dedication the rights-of-way, easements, and public improvements for Stone Creek Reserve.  The City Solicitor advises that acceptance of dedication of subdivisions should be approved by ordinance of City Council.  The City Engineer's Office has inspected the subdivision and has found that the improvements have been installed according to approved plans and City standards.  Staff has requested that the City Solicitor draft this ordinance.

Suggested Action
It is recommended that City Council approve an ordinance accepting for dedication the right-of-way and public improvement for Stone Creek Reserve.
