Purpose & Explanation

City Council requested the analysis of building at the existing location of the current clubhouse or building in a new location. Perspectus Architects have reviewed the locations and will be recommending the most favorable location. Staff will be identifying several cost factors as requested by Council.

Staff is recommending that Perspectus Architecture design the new clubhouse facility at the recommended location along with costs and benefits of each location.
