Purpose & Explanation
In order to accommodate future tenants with space on city property, these rules will provide the City Manager, or their designee, with a template to enter into agreements with the tenants and the requirements of the lease agreement.
See attached exhibit with the draft rules for discussion.
Timing Considerations
Following the review and approval by City Council, the City staff will place this on legislation.
