Brief Description: The preliminary design and renditions of the new Ellsworth Meadows Golf Course Clubhouse have been completed, reviewed, and approved by both the Planning Commission and the Architectural & Historic Board of Review. Staff will present the design and renderings to the City Council and answer any questions regarding the design and the project.

Res. No. 23-52, authorizing the City Manager to enter into a professional services contract with Perspectus Architecture for the design of the Ellsworth Meadows Golf Course Clubhouse.
Purpose & Explanation
Following City Council direction and several project committee meetings with Perspectus Architecture and project approvals from both the Hudson Planning Commission and the Architectural & Historic Board of Review, staff will present the project design and answer any questions the City Council may have.
The Park Board has also reviewed the design and renderings and is in full support of the design and moving the project forward.

Staff recommends Council approve of the design in order for the City Administration to move forward with the final plans, bidding and awarding the project for construction of the new Ellsworth Meadows Clubhouse.
