Purpose & Explanation

The City’s damaged mailbox reimbursement program reimburses residents and business for the repair or replacement of their streetside postal service mailbox if the mailbox is struck and damaged/destroyed by a city vehicle or piece of equipment as a result of the leaf removal or snow and ice control programs. The current reimbursement cap amount is $100.00 with submittal of mailbox repair or replacement receipts. This program is administered through the Public Works Department.
