Executive Summary: This Resolution provides recognition and thanks to Mr. Thomas Vince for his dedicated service as a member of the Cemetery Board and the Records Commission.

Purpose & Explanation
It is customary to publicly thank citizens who have volunteered their time and talents as a member of a Council-appointed meeting body. Mr. Vince was appointed to the Cemetery Board on January 5, 2000, to fulfill an unexpired term, and he was subsequently re-appointed for three full terms, the maximum allowable according to the Charter. Mr. Vince has also served on the Records Commission since January 23, 2007.
Timing Considerations
Mr. Vince's terms for both positions will expire on December 31, 2014.
