C2 - Wine and mixed beverages in sealed containers for carry out. (ORC 4303.12)
A criminal history search of City records was performed using information provided in separate correspondence to the Hudson Police Department, which included the name and Social Security number of the company’s president. No records were found.
Timing Considerations
The Clerk of Council must respond to the Ohio Division of Liquor Control no later than March 16, 2018, concerning the City’s request for a hearing.
