Proposed Resolution No. 16-4, authorizing and directing the City Manager to advertise for bids for the N. Main Street - Downtown Corridor Improvements Sum-91-14.67 Project (ODOT PID 93820) and the procurement of signal poles.

Purpose & Explanation

As the North Main Street / Downtown Corridor Improvements Project nears design completion and is ready to go to bid for construction, staff would like to give Council an overview of the improvements to be made (see exhibits attached), along with the construction sequencing and how the public will be impacted by the construction.

Timing Considerations

The North Main Street / Downtown Corridor Improvements Project will be bid out in early 2016.
