Brief Description:  In order to help alleviate negative impacts of COVID-19 and Ohio’s Stay at Home Order for Hudson’s small businesses, this Resolution authorizes implementation of a Temporary Small Business Utility Relief Program.

Motion by Mr. Foster to direct the City Staff to implement the 2020 COVID-19 Hudson Utility Relief Program as described on Exhibit A dated March 31, 2020; considered on March 31, 2020.

Purpose & Explanation

In order to help alleviate negative impacts of COVID-19 and Ohio’s Stay at Home Order for Hudson’s small businesses, this Resolution authorizes implementation of a Temporary Small Business Utility Relief Program.
